Relationship marketing getting hot in China!

As a sign of the current business recovery, 3 new relationship marketing projects have been recently confirmed for Accentiv’ Surfgold China.

 XiaNanGuo (upscale restaurant and hospitality group) will start its VIP-targeted program in November 2009 in China. Accentiv Surfgold China team manages this CRM (Customer Relationship Management) program, based on new Webcentiv’ platform and will operate the project (consulting, data-mining, customer service and redemption with a tailor-made attractive gift catalog including high tech products, experiences and the brand new Accentiv’ Surfgold China reward concept, mySweetBox).





McDonald’s has also confirmed Accentiv’ Surfgold as its main supplier for CRM for its fast growing delivery activity: Accentiv’ Surfgold will first manage data cleaning and data mining activities as a first stage, then set up a new CRM (Customer Relationship Management)platform based on FideS system by 2010.




Club Med has also decided to select Accentiv’ Surfgold as the operator of its new travel agents incentive program. Leveraging on the experience of Accentiv’ Surfgold in the travel industry, the new program, based on Webcentiv’ platform, will feature some innovative solution to motivate, retain and optimize Club Med’s sales channels in China, to be launched late 2009. For this project, Accentiv’ Surfgold reward team has designed a fully customized reward catalog featuring exclusive products and experience packages!
