The objectives are a) to assure the individual target fullfillment of each person and b) to form “one company” out of the different country organisations (which were acquired by T-Mobile)
Quasar offered a multi-language online platform and created each year a new action story as a bracket for the communication over the whole year; the core piece is a valuation system, that considers the extremely different market situations in the countries, in order to identify the best performers over all; those top-performers were invited to a “Winners’ Gala” event and an incentive trip (also arranged by Quasar)
Highly emotional communication leads to high involvement of the target group.
