Objectives

Sony Ericsson wanted to provide a standard way to manage its program and track dealers sell-in behaviour

Action plan

Surfold helped by understanding dealers’ sell-in process and propose points claim and audit process:

  • developing a program website and points system
  • providing customer service support to handle the points application
  • providing a system report to monitor, track and audit dealers’ sell-in information

Results

Shorten the reward points claim time compared to the previous manual process.
Sony Ericsson was able to track the sell-in information more precisely and instantly.
Dealers can review their reward status on-line more directly and exactly.
Increased dealer participation in this program and decreased complaints and issues.
