Objectives

Microsoft wants to track the open-license product sales of 2nd –tier partners and reward them according to the sales performance. In order to provide proper sales support and monitor revenue trend

Action plan

Surfgold Taiwan designed a booking and reward platform to manage partners’ sales process:

  • to identify booking process &reporting format
  • to monitor and tracking partner’s sales behaviour
  • to reward partner for closing deals
  • to design communication materials and deliver out regularly to ensure partners are award of all the marketing programs
