Objectives

To be able to engage, manage and incentivize its channel partners across Asia-Pacific.

Action plan

SurfGold provided a complete Partner Relationship Management solution across 11 countries in Asia Pacific:

  • Launched a channel member club and rewards program
  • Built up a single platform to line up the members of 11 countries for client’s easy management and facilitate local marketing development
  • Ongoing promotions to drive sales
  • Launch of funnel submission program to help client to project sales revenue

Results

Juniper successfully built up their relationship with the channel partners and incentivize them to achieve the company’s sales target.
Juniper was able to have a management overview of marketing activities over 11 countries.
