  • Launch a member club
  • Use e-Coupon as the purchase of proof to identify the customers and reward members based on this
  • Comprehensive marketing communications set
  • IVR system to manage all member point claim and redemption process
  • On-going marketing promotion
  • Sourcing of creative premiums as rewards

Results

Guinness Stout successfully identified and acquired customers. Consumption frequency also increased through the Digital Voucher solution. A comprehensive database was also built through the program.
