Caparol is one of the European leading manufacturers of paints
Caparol’s wholesale partners distribute the products directly to professional users ('the painters").
Caparol wanted to get these painters more loyal in awarding the purchase of special products
Quasar offered a complete reward solution: each promoted product received an promotion code; the painter could either collect those codes in a collector’s booklet or open an account at the website and redeem the codes directly in premium points.
Quasar produced a printed Gift catalogue, an online reward shop and created a backend tool, where Caparol can steer the whole campaign (reportings, insight in painters’ point accounts...)
Although the target group (craftspeople) is not very well internet equiped, the online redemption quota in the first year was nearly 25%. Trends are very promising!
