Objectives

To be able to reward performing channel partners on a year-long period and maintain the momentum.

Action plan

SurfGold provided a series of seasonal marketing campaigns:

  • Design of the series of marketing theme tied to year-end incentives
  • Seasonal communications to keep the momentum of the salesman
  • Both online and offline communications to cater to different types of salesmen
  • Thematic premiums tied to the seasonal theme
  • Sourcing and fulfilment of the premiums

Results

Adobe successfully reminded the channel partners for the sales target across the year. Overall annual sales increased.
