To be able to reward performing channel partners on a year-long period and maintain the momentum.
Action plan
SurfGold provided a series of seasonal marketing campaigns:
- Design of the series of marketing theme tied to year-end incentives
- Seasonal communications to keep the momentum of the salesman
- Both online and offline communications to cater to different types of salesmen
- Thematic premiums tied to the seasonal theme
- Sourcing and fulfilment of the premiums
Results
Adobe successfully reminded the channel partners for the sales target across the year. Overall annual sales increased.
